I am 5' 1" and weigh 125 lbs. I like the compression feeling of the garment. However there was a bit of bulging below the bust and tummy area because I chose the S/M instead of the L/XL. The hook and eye at the crotch for this bodysuit also fitted a bit short. I would recommend the size up.
