All sales are final; however, if you have ordered the wrong size or if your item is defective please send your item back to us within 15 days. We will exchange or issue you a store credit for any unworn merchandise returned within that timeframe.

We Ship worldwide. All online orders are shipped via Canada Post the next business day the order is received.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of the shipping will be, and you will have a chance to decide which shipping option you would like to use.
Notes: We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays. Canada Post does not deliver on these days so keep that in mind when counting the number of days it will take to receive your package.
We do not require a signature upon delivery.
A Note for orders outside Canada We are not responsible for customs fees. You may or you may not incur an additional custom fee depending on your country’s laws.
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on backorder and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Stella’s Corset and the cost for shipping the item back to yourself. If, however, we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping your order back to us. This makes it fair to all concerned.
Exchanges will be issued upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Please allow 2-3 days for processing returns.
The item must also be returned in resalable condition.
