We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join the Stella's Corset family at our Toronto location.

Full time & Part Time positions available at our Toronto retail store. Your role is to optimize the store's selling by providing customers with an overall pleasant shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent direct and indirect customer service on the selling floor, fitting room and cash point
• Process store logistics — unload deliveries, receive shipments, unpack and organize merchandise
• Actively work with garments — replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying and merchandising
• Handle cash transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise
• Execute price changes and transfers
• Partner with store management on loss prevention
• Maintain selling floor, fitting rooms and stockroom to Stella's Corset standards

Requirements & Skills

• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch and carry items
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities
• Ability to run a cash register
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
