We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as our Slimming Gels)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and beauty products
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item for another size, email us at support.canada@stellascorset.com and send your item to 897 Wilson Ave, Toronto ON M3K 1E6, Canada.
European Union · 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, contact us at support.canada@stellascorset.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support.canada@stellascorset.com.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
