At Stella's Corset, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and related information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within Canada): 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. Stella's Corset is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support.canada@stellascorset.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a resolution.
